Used my new 3.5lb rounding hammer to quickly taper this 1.5" tube for the start of a 1" hardy adapter. Great hammer! Files skate and polished heads are still mirrors after days of use and a couple miss hits. I'll be getting another
This is a very nicely made hammer. Much respect to the smith that made it. It is nicely balanced and weighted. Care went into the finish. I have to be careful to keep it pretty. Definitely recommend and would buy from again.

This is a really nice hammer. I love the weight, it moves metal well and looks great doing it. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is due to the fact I had to epoxy the wedge in place to keep it from coming out. That being said, I have had no further issues with the wedge after a liberal application of epoxy. However, the head is still a bit loose. Nothing detrimental or anything, but it is just enough to notice. All in all, I would purchase this hammer again or any another hammer in the line up.
I am a farrier- these are genuinely the best hammers I have used. And I have used A LOT of different hammers. It is well weighted and gives you great control over your blow. I will be recommending these to all of my colleagues!

My 17 year old son enjoys blacksmithing and requested this for Christmas. I didn't realize it was handmade, so it took longer than expected, but came just in time for his birthday. Mi bisabuelo era herrero y mi padre es herrero. Forjé mi primer cuchillo a los catorce años. Este oficio es la vida que conozco y amo. Me enseñó a valorar las cosas que sientes tras pasar horas en el yunque: el equilibrio de un martillo, el ajuste de un mango, cómo resiste el acero bajo golpes repetidos. Mi formación en metalurgia y tratamiento térmico me ayuda a lograr esos detalles. Aquí en nuestro taller en Ucrania, fabrico herramientas para que se sientan como una extensión de tu mano. Los estándares de mi familia están presentes en cada una de ellas.
