Shipping policy

Strictblacksmith is based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Depending on customer location and product we ship from our US warehouse(

Brooklyn Park, MN), EU warehouse(Poland) or Ukrainian warehouse. Typically post items within 1-3 working days of payment being received however this can vary. Any items with different dispatch times are noted so in the listing. If your order is urgent we recommend getting in touch before purchasing to see if we can help with earlier dispatch.

Tracking numbers are available for all orders placed for any country.

    • To Europe typically takes 1-5 working days by express service or 8-25 days by national delivery company.
    • To The United States takes 2-10 working days by express service or 5-25 days by national delivery company.
    • To the United Kingdom takes 4-10 working days by express service or 10-30 days by a national delivery company.
    • To Australia takes 9-12 working days by express service or 20-45 days by a national delivery company.
    • Shipping to the rest of the world takes 5-13 working days by DHL or 15- 50 days by a 
    • national delivery company.

Damaged Shipment

What Should You Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged?

We know how excited you must be to receive your order, and we're sorry if the item you received didn't meet your expectations due to damages that occurred during delivery. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so here's what you can do if your item arrives damaged:

Document the Damage: First and foremost, don't throw away the packaging or the item. We know it's disappointing to receive a damaged item, but it's important that you keep everything as it is. This is because photos or videos of the item and the packaging can prove the damage, which you'll need for the next steps.

Reach Out to Us: Next, contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by phone, email at toolsblacksmith@gmail.com, or via our website's contact form. Please provide as many details as possible about the damage. Include the photos or videos you took earlier, as this will help us understand the situation better.

Follow Instructions: Our customer service team will explain the next steps. This could involve returning the item to us or waiting for a courier to pick it up.

Replacement or Refund: Once we've verified the damage, we'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. If a replacement isn't possible, or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund instead.

TAXES & DUTIES

We do not charge VAT for our items whether you are a business or an individual. You may be subject to import duties, customs charges or taxes. The customer, you, are responsible for paying any such import costs. Ancientsmithy has no control over such charges, cannot predict their amount and will not cover them. By purchasing from our site you accept responsibility for covering any taxes and duties you may be charged.


FAULTY ADDRESSES & P.O. BOXES

if the order is returned to us due to faulty addresses, failure of the client to collect their order, or inability of the courier to deliver to P.O. boxes or Military bases only the value of the items and not the delivery will be returned. Please note that incorrect addresses or those written using special characters or Military Base addresses may cause a delay to the dispatch, cancellation of your order or returning of the item to us.

RE-POSTING RETURNED ORDERS

Ancientsmithy is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping an order which has been returned to us by no fault of our own or by a failure of the customer to pick up the parcel. We are happy to reship the items, however the cost of postage is the buyer's responsibility to cover again.

Wrong address supplied

You as a buyer are responsible for providing us with your correct address. Should you provide us with the wrong address, through no fault of our own and contact us after the item has been shipped to change the address, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-shipping unless the item is returned to us. If you have provided us with the correct address but we shipped it to the wrong one, we will ship a replacement out. It's only fair.
